Who Are The “Lawmakers”

After reading legislation after legislation, some worse than others, I began to wonder who draws up the documents? Arizona to be exact has laws against teaching facts in history that shows the US in a negative way. Southern states have turned to Jim Crow type laws to address immigration concerns. Several other states have decided to become “free to work” states, while others are staying firm with their support of unions.

As a blogger I try not to rely on the media or internet to provide my facts. Instead, I like finding sources that are not partisan, fact based or legal documentation. Whenever an issue comes up about a bill or law, going straight to that piece of documentation is the only way for me to go. What is obvious of them all is that they are not in no way written in plain language.

Legislation, bills or laws began as an idea from anyone that has an issue with anything. Whether it be from a economic meltdown or a large corporations anger over being taxed. Some even come from very small and trivial beginnings, such as a recent news article that creates a call for action. Once placed in the attention of a Congressional Member the drafting of the bill takes form.

According to The Office of the Legislative Counsel, US House of Representatives a large majority of the bills are drafted by their staff of 40 attorneys. Along with other OLCs that support our great Capitol and its many lawmakers, they put together policies based on interests as they arise. The power and authority of these groups have come into the public light in recent years do the Bush Administrations 2007 torture memos according to the Yale Policy and Law Review.

OLCs are groups of lawyers that give legal advice to our Executive and Legislative Branches and are not allowed to do so privately. Most notably Virginia Seitz who is the Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Office or Legal Counsel that provides authoritative legal advice to the President and all the Executive Branch agencies. Since Congress created the position in 1933 their job has been to give “legal advice,” and to commentate on them openly based on the facts. In recent history this has been of contention due to pressure from the Executive Branch and the Jay S. Baybee (2001-2003) OLC issued “torture memo.” This was the ruling that allowed the unusual punishment of Al Queda detainees that later was used to catch other terrorists.

It is also great to note at this time that two of the drafters of the SOPA and PIPA bills have left Capitol Hill jobs to begin a life as lobbyists. Congressional members are restricted from leaving office and lobbying for a period of time but OLC lawyers and staff members are not.

Now after the OLCs draft the original documents it then goes to lobbyists to go over the drafts and edit them. Here lobbyist, use their expertise in the area of interest and according to GovTrak.us they are then allowed to troubleshoot the draft.  Here the contention could be made that experts or consultants are brought in BUT, in all the research and names that I’ve seen, lobbyist are the “experts” that are used to give lawmakers a public point of view.

Lobbyist, are often the subject line of media clippings due to their reputations as being corrupted and special interest peddlers. What is not talked about is their effectiveness in interpreting the language and giving adverse input on public responses to proposed legislation. Due to the OLCs objectivity they utilize the opposing lobbyist to give input on how the document will affect both parties, a checks and balances of some sort.

Next, the document is then agreed on by its sponsors or co-sponsors to be signed and passed on to the “Hopper” on the House or Senate Floor. There is never any guarantee that a piece of legislation will go before the House or Senate. Most bills that we see or that actually make it to a vote are compilations of smaller bills. These bills are grouped together to leverage different interests or concessions to create common ground between both parties.

One thing is certain, bills are written by non elected, non accountable members of our government that are exposed at every phase to large interest groups. Most bills begin as letters from donors, supporters, unions, corporations, nonprofits, trade associations or whoever else given to Congressmen. Voters are completely left out of the loop until lobbyist or advocate groups are brought in to give input on the undrafted bill. After researching this issue I am not as adverse to the lobbyist community because without them we would find out about bills when it is far too late to stand up against them.

Congressional Pay Increases

With all the cuts going around in government, I am in no way shocked that Congress has received a pay raise. It is not a large raise; nevertheless it is still a raise. For the past 5 years they have enjoyed such great treatment from their loving countrymen. The only bad thing about it is, no American, other than themselves, have approved of such treatment. Their overall approval rating is down, yet from their evaluations they are entitled to higher compensation. With about half of our Congressional Members already at the Million-dollar mark, it is hard to see why they see the need to funnel more, taxpayers’ dollars, into their pockets.

Let’s review the numbers:

• Other $174,000

Like I stated before the increase was very small. But when you look at the principle of raises during a recession and political meltdown, one thing is certain, they really don’t care what the rest of the country is going through. They honestly can’t relate to the rest of the country, who are fighting to survive or stay ahead. Not to mention the fact that all of their overall wealth continues to climb as our economy gets worst and more citizens are losing jobs.

According to the numbers they are benefiting from the state of the economy. The very bill that deregulated the financial industry put money directly into their pockets, Democrats’ and Republicans’ alike. Anything that has a double digit return is a great investment.

Enough about what we know they make, now let’s discuss what we don’t know, since the data we have on Congress’ wealth are always median. When they file their taxes, unlike the rest of the country, they put a range for their net worth. Meaning instead of a fixed numbers Senator D. Feinstein made from $46-$108.1 Million and Senator J. Rockefeller $61.4-136.2. Let’s go deeper into this idea with the 10 Wealthiest Members of Congress of 2009.

Alarmingly they demand more accuracy from bombs and grenades. The 2 numbers represents the minimum net worth and maximum net worth. To think rep V. Buchanan sent in a loss as his minimum. This tells me that based on the numbers the average margin of era is over 300%. Mind you these numbers are based on what they filed on legal documents, not just something someone pulled together from different sources. It’s safe to say no one knows how much they make per year.

OpenSecrets.org (Center for Responsive Politics) did a really good job at putting multiple years together. They also have reworked the formula used to come up with a more accurate number than the median. What we can say is the Congressional medium we used earlier is another low ball number to hide the truth.

Question if we don’t know how much they made in any given year than how do they pay taxes? This is really where the tricky part comes into play. They go off the median. Members like M. Bachmann even take it a step further by playing the high road. She gets subsides from her farm or defers her pay or defers her pension or defers her benefits and say she did not receive anything. Based on tax codes she is able to defer the money and collect it later where interest is added. That allows her to take more money from the tax payers she has sworn to protect from the leaches in Washington.

From where I sit Congress has NO ACCOUNTABILITY even in how much they are to pay in taxes. Yet we allow them to make laws and policies that have and will add to their wealth. While most Americans are debating on the best candidate for President, we need to be more mindful of who really has the power here, CONGRESS. Where is our Julius Caesar to free us from the Senate and Aristocracy?

As our boat sailed south on the James River, named for our illustrious King, whose version of the Bible we cherish, I saw enough to know that your problem is not unique. While Rome used cords of wood as crosses for standing human bodies along its highways in great numbers, you are here using the tree and the rope on occasions. I caught the whiff of a dead slave hanging from a tree, a couple miles back. You are not only losing valuable stock by hangings, you are having uprisings, slaves are running away, your crops are sometimes left in the fields too long for maximum profit, you suffer occasional fires, your animals are killed. Gentlemen, you know what your problems are; I do not need to elaborate. I am not here to enumerate your problems, I am here to introduce you to a method of solving them. In my bag here, I HAVE A FULL PROOF METHOD FOR CONTROLLING YOUR BLACK SLAVES. I guarantee every one of you that, if installed correctly, IT WILL CONTROL THE SLAVES FOR AT LEAST 300 HUNDREDS YEARS. The Black slaves after receiving this indoctrination shall carry on and will become self-refueling and self-generating for HUNDREDS of years, maybe THOUSANDS. Don’t forget, you must pitch the OLD black male vs. the YOUNG black male, and the YOUNG black male against the OLD black male. You must use the DARK skin slaves vs. the LIGHT skin slaves, and the LIGHT skin slaves vs. the DARK skin slaves. You must use the FEMALE vs. the MALE, and the MALE vs. the FEMALE. You must also have white servants and overseers [who] distrust all Blacks. But it is NECESSARY THAT YOUR SLAVES TRUST AND DEPEND ON US. THEY MUST LOVE, RESPECT AND TRUST ONLY US. LET’S MAKE A SLAVE

It was the interest and business of slave holders to study human nature, and the slave nature in particular, with a view to practical results. I and many of them attained astonishing proficiency in this direction. They had to deal not with earth, wood and stone, but with men and, by every regard, they had for their own safety and prosperity they needed to know the material on which they were to work, conscious of the injustice and wrong they were every hour perpetuating and knowing what they themselves would do. Were they the victims of such wrongs? They were constantly looking for the first signs of the dreaded retribution. They watched therefore with skilled and practiced eyes, and learned to read with great accuracy, the state of mind and heart of the slave, through his sable face. Unusual sobriety, apparent abstractions, sullenness and indifference indeed, any mood out of the common was afforded ground for suspicion and inquiry. Frederick Douglas LET’S MAKE A SLAVE is a study of the scientific process of man-breaking and slave-making. It describes the rationale and results of the Anglo Saxons’ ideas and methods of insuring the master/slave relationship. LET’S MAKE A SLAVE “The Original and Development of a Social Being Called ‘The Negro.’” Let us make a slave. What do we need? First of all, we need a black nigger man, a pregnant nigger woman and her baby nigger boy. Second, we will use the same basic principle that we use in breaking a horse, combined with some more sustaining factors. What we do with horses is that we break them from one form of life to another; that is, we reduce them from their natural state in nature. Before the breaking process, we had to be alertly on guard at all times. Now, we can sleep soundly, for out of frozen fear his woman stands guard for us. He cannot get past her early slave-molding process. He is a good tool, now ready to be tied to the horse at a tender age. By the time a nigger boy reaches the age of sixteen, he is soundly broken in and ready for a long life of sound and efficient work and the reproduction of a unit of good labor force. THE NEGRO MARRIAGE

We breed two nigger males with two nigger females. Then, we take the nigger male away from them and keep them moving and working. Say one nigger female bears a nigger female and the other bears a nigger male; both nigger females—being without influence of the nigger male image, frozen with a independent psychology—will raise their offspring into reverse positions. The one with the female offspring will teach her to be like herself, independent and negotiable (we negotiate with her, through her, by her, negotiates her at will). The one with the nigger male offspring, she being frozen subconscious fear for his life, will raise him to be mentally dependent and weak, but physically strong; in other words, body over mind. Now, in a few years when these two offsprings become fertile for early reproduction, we will mate and breed them and continue the cycle. That is good, sound and long range comprehensive planning.

WARNING: POSSIBLE INTERLOPING NEGATIVES

Earlier, we talked about the non-economic good of the horse and the nigger in their wild or natural state; we talked out the principle of breaking and tying them together for orderly production. Furthermore, we talked about paying particular attention to the female savage and her offspring for orderly future planning, then more recently we stated that, by reversing the positions of the male and female savages, we created an orbiting cycle that turns on its own axis forever unless a phenomenon occurred and reshifts positions of the male and female savages. Our experts warned us about the possibility of this phenomenon occurring, for they say that the mind has a strong drive to correct and re-correct itself over a period of time if it can touch some substantial original historical base; and they advised us that the best way to deal with the phenomenon is to shave off the brute’s mental history and create a multiplicity of phenomena of illusions, so that each illusion will twirl in its own orbit, something similar to floating balls in a vacuum. You got a multiplicity of colors of ass backward, unusual niggers, running, tied to backward ass long-headed mules, the one productive of itself, the other sterile. CONTROLLED LANGUAGE

Crossbreeding completed, for further severance from their original beginning, WE MUST COMPLETELY ANNIHILATE THE MOTHER TONGUE of both the new nigger and the new mule, and institute a new language that involves the new life’s work of both. You know language is a peculiar institution. It leads to the heart of a people. The more a foreigner knows about the language of another country the more he is able to move through all levels of that society. For example, if you take a slave, if you teach him all about your language, he will know all your secrets, and he is then no more a slave, for you can’t fool him any longer, and BEING A FOOL IS ONE OF THE BASIC INGREDIENTS OF ANY INCIDENTS TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SLAVERY SYSTEM. For example, if you told a slave that he must perform in getting out “our crops” and he knows the language well, he would know that “our crops” didn’t mean “our crops” and the slavery system would break down, for he would relate on the basis of what “our crops” really meant. So you have to be careful in setting up the new language; for the slaves would soon be in your house, talking to you as “man to man” and that is death to our economic system. In addition, the definitions of words or terms are only a minute part of the process. Values are created and transported by communication through the body of the language. A total society has many interconnected value systems. All the values in the society have bridges of language to connect them for orderly working in the society. But for these language bridges, these many value systems would sharply clash and cause internal strife or civil war, the degree of the conflict being determined by the magnitude of the issues or relative opposing strength in whatever form. For example, if you put a slave in a hog pen and train him to live there and incorporate in him to value it as a way of life completely, the biggest problem you would have out of him is that he would worry you about provisions to keep the hog pen clean, or the same hog pen and make a slip and incorporate something in his language whereby he comes to value a house more than he does his hog pen, you got a problem. He will soon be in your house. 

Scary to know that letters like these will not be found in history books but do actually exist. Slavery is seldom looked at as an institution but more of a mythical dark cloud that hovered over the Southern States. The most astonishing thing about this letter, which was written over 300 years ago, is that this letter is still relevant and alive today, even though, this is a time in American history that many would love to forget and pass off as an anomaly. When in reality it was a well thought out, planned, organized and enforced practice that lasted for over 400 years in this great country. With the abolition of slavery many think slaves were then set free. But, it actual continued for years until slave owners were forced to inform their slaves they were free to leave. Thus the beginning of sharecropping, segregation, Jim Crow and the Civil Rights movements that followed.  The argument can be made that the philosophy has been modified into a class system.

In future posts I will explore this theory in deeper debt, giving eyewitness quotes from other books I’ve read. My goal is to educate those about the truth and what really happened.

Pedestrian route production 

As a pedestrian travels, various difficulties can be encountered, such as traveling through an unsafe neighborhood or being in an open area that is subject to harsh temperatures. A route can be developed for a person taking into account factors that specifically affect a pedestrian. Moreover, the route can alter as a situation of a user changes; for instance, if a user wants to add a stop along a route.

SUMMARY

The following discloses a simplified summary of the specification in order to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the specification. Conventional route generation systems obtain data from various sources and generate a direction set to be used by a person operating an automobile. A user commonly inputs a starting location and an intended destination in addition to travel constraints (e.g., to avoid highways, minimum travel time, minimal travel distance, or minimal gas consumption); based upon inputted information, a travel route is generated. However, there are numerous difficulties in translating vehicle (e.g., automotive) route generation to pedestrian travel. For instance, a pedestrian can commonly traverse terrain that is more rugged then many vehicles (e.g., climbing steep and rocky hills); conversely, a pedestrian can become more susceptible to environmental influence, such as from cold temperatures.

The disclosed innovation produces routes that are intended to be taken by a pedestrian. A gather component obtains information related to intended pedestrian travel and a generation component produces a route based upon at least part of the obtained information. Commonly, the pedestrian route is produced based off security information, weather information, terrain information, or a combination thereof. I Hate All Of You

Since when did the word “hater” change to “opinionated” or any other word that expresses ones opinions of what you do, say, believe, are or what ever. America is all about freedom of speech, yet when you do it against the popular grain you are labeled a “HATER.” So with that in mind let’s make this as simple as possible “I HATE ALL OF YOU.”

I hate when I hear people that refuse to vote during election time talk about how they voted for American Idol, X Factor, Dancing With The Stars, America’s Got Talent or any of the other edited, rigged shows. You don’t want to bring 2 forms of ID to an election booth but will fill out a 20min survey 10 times to vote for your favorite act. SMH You are what is wrong with this country and not Wall Street, Congress, President, Government or who ever else you blame.

I hate when Black people talk like they were born in the 1800’s in public around White people. I don’t even want to speak to you at all so just keep walking by. No I’m not your nigga either so please stop calling me that. Now if you were speaking like Obama and threw in “my nigga” I just may reluctantly respond. LOL.

Stop Online Piracy Act In A Nutshell

After an old friend asked me to speak on the subject I read the actual notes from the bill that is of interest. Now I’m not a political science major, economist, politician or expert on what is right or left. What I do know is a good slight of hand trick when I see one. They all are advertised as the same thing.

When ever you get legistlation that does not define a governing body or a watch dog group that will mitigate between parties, you are left with a bad feeling. Not to speak of the indemnity that is being handed out to the infringed party at the expense of taxpayers. Needless to say the Attorney General already has the authority to do all things that we state below.

Let’s explore it if you will. We all know how piracy works. Some rogue guy decides to stick it to the man for the benefit not of themselves but of the people. It’s not a matter of right and wrong. The concern is for public.

Napster and other P2P providers are always the target on the surface but in the end it is always the public that gets the wrong end of the stick. That poor mother that is not computer savy who has a child that enjoys pirated media will eventually become the target.

According to documentation this is one of the ways it all works. Intellectual property holder is harmed by an “infringement site.” It then talks about promotion sites and those used in any way for infringement purposes. Now the last portion of this really worries me. Most of us have blogs that can be deemed as “infringement sites,” by an intellectual property holder.

Next step is the intellectual property holder provide written notification identifying the site. Now the recipient of the notification could be payment network providers. “Payment network providers,” happens to be a term that can mean one of several different things. I’m assuming they are speaking of PSPs or merchant type services or IP providers. The former being already regulated by The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, which is a part of the US Dept of Treasury. So that almost assuredly rules out the PSPs.

From here the property holder provides written notification to Internet advertising service provider. So companies like Google, Bing, Yahoo and others at this point get into the fray. At this point upon receipt of the notification these companies are to shut the site down or refuse marketing. At this step the infringement site disappears from search engines all together. Mind you it is left up to sites like Google who has already been found guilty of doing such things to sites they “don’t like.” I will return to this matter later when the plot thickens.

Once the notifications have been sent out to the 3rd party, it is then forwarded to the infringement site.  Where it is up to that person or entity to provide a counter claim.

The rights holder then jumps back into the fray by seeking limited injunctive relief against who ever related to the site they can identify. NOTE:  Generally, injunctive relief is action ordered of a Defendant by a federal District Court Judge. This relief may be ordered either as a term of an order consented to by the parties in a lawsuit (where the parties file a “Consent Decree”) or after a contested trial before the Judge, based on federal definition of INJUNCTIVE RELIEF OR IR.

The rest of the bill talks about all the steps the 3rd party can use to prevent the accuser from using their site. With the goal being the denial of access to the site on both the users and owners ends.

Let me pause now to explain something, none of this is new or abnormal. If this was the end of the matter it would be a good clean piece of legistlation. But as with politics this is where the plot thickens. They bring the smoke and the mirrors out.

The bill “provides immunity from liability…” the 3rd party from any backlash for going after these companies. With a flick of the wrist it goes into prescription drugs, public performances, trade secrets, advertising LOL they lost their minds on the back end of this bill.

Mind you this can all be done by a business entity as well as the Attorney General, who already has this authority.

Okay now the facts have been laid out in a manner to summarize the bill in laymen terms. I have not added anything just taken some things out that was redundant or legal jargon used to distract readers from the true intentions of the bill.

Intellectual property owners are companies like BMG, Disney, CBS, RCA, MCA, Capitol and others. These are mega conglomerates that are in the business of buying intellectual properties in mass quantities. They intern sell temporary rights to smaller vendors such as Pandora, Radio Stations and others for use on their sites. This does not include Youtube and many other peer sharing sites that provide video and audio feeds.

Companies that represent the 3rd party are Google, Bing, Yahoo, Host Gator, Go Daddy and a slew of other internet IP or marketing providers. Not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Reverbnation and so many other Social Media sites and/or companies.

Sad to say the party infringing on the intellectual property is more than likely the consumer or end user since most P2P sites have disclaimers that say they do not support breaking intellectual property laws. The days of Napster type companies taking the heat are over.

The other things added to this bill were things like broadcasting: information that a company release for internal purposes and intercepted digital transmissions. Expanding penalties for bootleg drugs and misrepresented marketing or advertisements alluding to it being endorsed by an enforcement type agency. Stiffen penalties for share trade secrets.

But what does pharmaceuticals have to do with this. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This was introduced by Politicians that are being bankrolled by deep pocketed pharmaceutical companies that lose money every time the public buys non-FDA sanctioned drugs online. This may include cheaper alternatives, homeopathic alternative, generic brands or foreign meds that work better than brand named products.

We must ask ourselves the question, do we really want big conglomerates and Fortune 500 countries taking citizens and small businesses on? The 3rd parties have financial interests in the intellectual property, there is definitely a conflict in interest. Americans are innocent till proven guilty, this clearly is not the case here where you are shut down until you prove your innocence. I’m not clear as to why they have mixed pharmaceuticals with intellectual properties, they are regulated by two separate entities in the first place.  Where do blogs that provide consumer reporting services to the public fit into this equations?

This bill is another example of BIG BUSINESS and SMALL GOVERNMENT.

Racially Speaking

So it’s funny to see all these poor (helpless) young Hispanic or Latin women with 2-3 kids waiting on the bus stop. All of the children are under 5 and she looks no older than 20. Trying to get all the babies on the bus with one hand and stroller in the other. It’s never any guy in tow, just mom. Since when did recession equal a baby boom? Diapers are expensive and have to be bought with wipes. Not to mention the formula, bottles, liners and bottled water. All in the name of providing for a little one. Saying welfare is too simple, especially knowing how many companies hire illegals for cheap labor. Oh and did I mention these girls “speakee no english.”

Nobody has jobs but the freeways are packed to capacity every single day. Where are people going during the day from 6am to 7pm, school? They are cutting back too so that’s not the answer. Work, but nobody has jobs. Maybe Home Depot to sit outside and wait for work, but have you noticed it’s less and less of them by the day. This mystery remains unsolved. Next time your on a crowded freeway take a mental picture. Most of the cars are being driven by Hispanics or Latins. Where the heck are they going and/or coming from. Better yet where did they get their licenses from.

So can we use Blackaphobia since no one wants anything to do with Blacks. LOL. I mean seriously, employers shun US, parents have nightmares about US, White woman still clutch their purses in the presence of US, colleges would rather give a seat to non-English speakers than US and the police profile US as criminals no matter what we are wearing or driving. Oh and did I add that Bush hates US.

Do they tell White people they are “articulate” in interviews? Or say “wow you worked their for 4 years, hhmmm.” Why do random White guys come up to me laughing asking if they can bum weed off me. On another occasion I go out to eat and the Blacks are referring to everyone and I mean everyone (all races) as “MY NIGGA.” Who started that dumb trend? Willie Dynamite, LOL for real he did in a Blackploitation movie, but I’m pretty sure they have yet to see it.

Why don’t Orange County Blacks nod back when I give them the nod. LOL. You know OUR NOD. They act like they are ashamed or upset another Brotha walked into the room. I will say this 100% of this blog has happened and is are real life scenarios. FYI I can care less what race a person is as long as they have love in their heart, then they are all good with me. That does not mean I won’t get racial on them though.

Gay Marriage

OK this is the skinny on a untouchable subject. I don’t support it but if gays want to marry who am I to say they can’t. This country was set up for people with differences of opinion, beliefs, races, creeds and sexual orientation.

Abraham Lincoln said it best in his Gettysburg Address, “It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us—that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion—that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain—that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”

With that said to say this is a black or white issue is a deception. Many Conservative and Liberals want to preach separation of religion and state (government). Yet for some reason pull the gloves off when it comes to gays and abortions. Instead of allow the voting process to do what it was meant to do they would rather force there will onto others.

If the argument against it were true then they would stiffen the divorce laws. Make it a true process to get married. Force individuals to uphold their wedding vows. Oh but wait the lawmakers, religious and politicians are the main offenders why would they do that! And coincidentally they are the ones that abhor the idea the most. I’m convinced the whole issue is a hustle to agitate churches and advocacy groups and to get more money through lobbying.

I know what some of you are thinking… “that’s not very Christian like,” but even Jesus said let he that is without sin throw the first stone. And what the average church goer does not see is the details that these laws are filled with. They load other clauses and interesting language to further their ideologies. It’s not just a cut and dry piece of legislature, OH NO! The devil is always in the details.

Now what I don’t like is the government forcing churches to marry gays. Christian beliefs dictate what the church declares what is morally right and wrong. To force them to marry gays go against those beliefs and is ludicrous to say the least.

And to compare gays to blacks is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. They have and never will be look at in the same way. LOL Tangent alert.

Now this is just my interpretation of the issue AS YOU WERE AMERICANS.

I’ve Been Wondering

Lol. People have wondered where I’ve been the last year or so. At home taking care of my two kids. Working on my marriage. Being the best man that I can be despite all of my shortcomings and bad life choices. Wondering why almost 20% of the country is unemployed and no ones really hiring. Yet we still find time to call the unemployed slackers or what ever else. In disbelief that employers really on emails and Facebook to determine who to hire but get upset when employees use the same method to quite.

Do people really still believe that gangster rappers are real gangsters, let alone rappers. If you read what other people writes does that constitute you are an rapper. Or maybe a recitest Lol. Or better yet a singer that does not sing should be considered an ACTOR or autotunist.

After all these years do women really think dressing like an whore will get them a ring. Why do dudes marry whores in the first place, then get upset when they cheat. Why do men think that sleeping with whores won’t catch up with them sooner or later.

Trying to figure out why rappers hate bootleggers when they did it to get where they are at now. Can anyone explain to me why rappers still grab their crotches. How many years does it take for them to evolve into real people. Why do celebrities do something get caught by the media then say it didn’t happen. Just to come clean a few months later when the crap hits the fan. Lol.

By the way if I call you stupid or any other bad names on my blog it’s not because I don’t like you. It’s because I believe it. Just the Truth. While I’ve been sitting here wondering what the HELL is wrong with you people I’m not afraid to admit I have problems of my own. Can’t say the same for you though, get with the program.

FOOTBALL HUSBANDS

Once again the title says it all.  Some of these NFL players are fooling themselves to think that it is not time to hang up the cleats and move on to the board room or whatever major you considered other than football.

It is astonishing to me how often you here sob stories some valid and others just absurd of a professional athlete that could not transition from the game to the real world.  In this case I’m not talking coaching even though that can be a fruitful option but that is only going to work for a few.  Makes you wonder, what they got a degree in if they have no awareness of what is next in one’s life.

For example, a business major should have some business in mind that they want to venture off into.  An education major a teaching career or a journalist major a broadcasting career and the list goes on and on.  But not in the real world, these men and women are finding regular sales jobs that pay pennies on the dollar in comparison to what they once made.

After watching the Kendra show it made me even wonder further, why would Hank think that he had to drag his family from city to city in hopes of him getting signed to a team when his wife actually is the celebrity and major bread winner at home?  Does a male’s, man hood lessen with his income or is he the same man no matter what?  But beyond that can he lower his pride-o-meter one bit to see it right.  His career may have been over 2yrs ago but since he married into some money it was lingering a little longer.

Even in his prime he was not a legitimate “premiere” receiver, he was still good enough to make several squads but no to make the big money.  In all the preparations that these athletes make for their respective seasons do they take the time to develop outside interests that can one day replace athletics?  From day one they know that it can be over in a moment’s notice due to injuries and a slew of other reasons.  Some even seems perplexed at the thought of giving it all up for something that they have never thought twice about setting up before their actual retirement.

In Hanks case he can always move to L.A. and become a Househusband of L.A. or start his own TV series called FOOTBALL HUSBANDS.
